Voki en ESL

Os dejo un ejemplo de cómo podemos usar la herramienta Voki en nuestras clases de ESL.

The animals

In order to do this task the children will listen first to a song:

After that, they will see the voice thread presentation with the teacher to make sure everyone knows what they have to do. They will have to record their own voice saying the name of the animals with their sounds.

My body

Let´s practice some vocabulary. Here you have a rhyme about the body. You can make the children repeat the rhyme to memorize it, in order to practice listening and speaking.

   

 After that you can play the next video and dance with the children. They will have a lot of fun.

BABY NEWTON: Discovering shapes

I suggest to wacth this video about the shapes. Then, the children can make a drawing trying to copy the toy that appear in the video, and identify the shapes they draw.

After that you could make a game putting in a bag some toys with different shapes and the children will have to recognize de name of each shape.
